Before requesting a return, please make sure the product complies with all the following conditions:
1. The product must be in its unused, original condition, with all tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included – incomplete, damaged or used items will not be accepted.
2. The return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery order.
3. The parcel can only be returned from the same country it was delivered to.

REQUESTING A RETURN
A product can be returned within 14 days. To request a return, simply send us an email at email@example.com. Shipping your return is free of charge.
On the receipt of the parcel we will verify the integrity of the item before accepting your return and requesting the refund. Kindly consider this process may take 2-7 working days. The refund is issued directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchased and in the same currency. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account approximately within one or two billing cycles from when you received our email.
