SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

We offer free shipping throughout Germany on all orders over 150€. For orders up to 150€ we charge 7€ shipping.

For deliveries within the EU (except Germany) including Liechtenstein and Switzerland we charge 15€ shipping and handling costs.

Returns are always subject to a fee and are possible up to 30 days after delivery.

The buyer is aware that shipping the purchased item to countries outside the European Union or to Switzerland and Liechtenstein will incur customs duties, fees, taxes and other public charges (hereinafter collectively referred to as " customs duties "). All customs duties are borne by the buyer. Even if the goods are returned to the seller, the buyer bears the customs duties and is solely responsible for any reversal of customs duties already paid; the seller is therefore not obliged to refund and/or compensate the buyer.

Tracking of shipment

Each order is assigned a tracking number after it has been shipped. This will be sent to you by email along with a link where you can view the current status of your package. This way you can see the current location and the expected delivery date at any time.

Return requirements

We ask you to consider the following requirements before making a return:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.

2. The package must be shipped from the same country to which it was shipped.

3. Some of our items are made of natural materials. If your item is defective or has a defect despite careful inspection, please contact our customer service directly at service@maisonheroine.com. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Returns - how it works


1. Fill out the return slip and place it together with the items you want to return, preferably in the packaging in which you received the goods.


2. Pack the goods carefully.


3. Send your package with sufficient postage to: Maison Héroïne GmbH, c/o MOODJA, Leipziger Str. 20, 14612 Falkensee.


4. We recommend insured shipping with tracking. We cannot accept liability for loss or damage.


5. Send us an email to service@maisonheroine.com with your order number and inform us about your return.

PAY

Payment methods & conditions

You can pay in advance, by direct debit, credit card, Klarna or PayPal. To process your payments, we will send your data to the relevant payment provider via a secure connection after your order has been completed. If you live outside of Germany, payment is only possible via Sofortüberweisung, credit card and PayPal.


a) Payment by direct bank transfer:

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you payment by direct bank transfer. If you select this payment method, you will be redirected to the secure direct bank transfer website and can initiate a direct transfer to us using your usual online banking details (PIN and TAN). When paying by direct bank transfer, the delivery times stated apply from the time the money is received in our account. If the amount is not received in our account within 7 days, we can withdraw from the contract.


b) Payment via PayPal:

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. To do this, you should be registered with PayPal or register, then authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (except for guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process. Once the amount has been received in our account, we will check the acceptance of the order within 2 working days, after which the goods will be dispatched.


c) Payment by credit card:

Your credit card account will be charged immediately after the payment process is completed. All entries and checks relating to your payment are made and stored by the payment processor.


d) All payments must be made to Maison Héroïne GmbH without deductions. A payment is only deemed to have been made when we are able to freely dispose of the amount.
Set-off is excluded unless the set-off claim is undisputed or legally binding or has been acknowledged by us in writing. A right of retention only exists if the claims result from the same contractual relationship. Exclusions do not apply if it is a counterclaim that arises from a claim for non-cash performance that justifies refusal of performance, or if rights are asserted due to a defect.

refund

After receiving the package, we check the condition of the goods and the accuracy of the information. The processing can take between two and seven working days. Once this process is complete, you will receive an email to confirm. The refund will then be made using the payment method you selected when making the purchase, in the same currency.

Order confirmation

Shortly after you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us with a summary of your order. We will prepare your order and ship it. Please contact us if you do not receive a summary within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that your order is only considered accepted by us once you have received a shipping confirmation from us.

WARRANTY

Warranty on purchases of goods

In the event that Maison Hēroïne delivers defective products, our customers are entitled to claims under the statutory warranty in accordance with the statutory provisions of Sections 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). Warranty claims expire two years after delivery of the goods.

If a defect is discovered within 2 years of receipt of the products, the customer can demand the following:

(a) reduce the price of the products;

b) Refund of the purchase price (withdrawal from the contract);

c) to replace the products with products free from defects;

d) Repairs of products.

Instead of the reduction in the price of the Products or the refund of the purchase price (cancellation of the contract) requested by the Customer, Maison Hēroïne may, without undue inconvenience, replace the Products with identical, defect-free Products or repair the Products.

If the replacement of the Products with non-defective Products or the repair of the Products in accordance with the Customer's wishes is impossible or involves disproportionate costs compared to the method proposed by Maison Hēroïne, Maison Hēroïne may offer the Customer a reduction in the price of the Products or a refund of the purchase price of the Products (cancellation of the contract).

Warranty claims can be asserted by providing proof of the date of purchase by means of an invoice and sending the item being complained about together with a copy of the invoice to Maison Héroïne GmbH, service@maisonheroine.com.

PRODUCT CARE

Leather care

Our bags are made of scratch-resistant leather with a supple surface. To preserve the color brilliance, the leather should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Any dirt can be removed with a special leather cleaner. To do this, apply a small amount of the product to the affected area with a soft cloth, gently remove the residue and allow the bag to dry thoroughly. Then, using another soft, lint-free cloth, apply a suitable moisturizer in circular movements and polish to restore the shine of the material. A colorless leather care product or silicone wax will maintain the suppleness.
